HOUSE RULES
- OCCUPANCY
- Only the hotel registeredguest may use the accommodation facilities of the hotel.
- Only 2 visitors are allowedper room. Visitor who will exceed beyond 10 pm is subject for extra charges.
- Extra person will be charge P750.00. Usage of existing beds only, toiletries and pillows and linens will be provided.
- CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
- Hotel`s standard check-outtime is at 12:00 noon, staying on the room after 12:00 pm shall bearcorresponding charges. ·
- Hotel`s standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. Early check-in will be subject to availability and shall bear corresponding charges.
- Check-in of MInor is not allowed without the presence of their guardian or parents.
- NON-SMOKING POLICY
- Pursuant to the provision of act limiting the use of cigarette products in public and enclosed spaces, smoking is not allowed in hotel premises especially in rooms. Any violation of this act shall be fined an amount of Php 1000.
- MAKE UP ROOM SERVICE
- For guest staying more than one night and wish to have their room to be cleaned, please hang Make Up Room signage outside your door or contact our Front desk for Housekeeping reference. Housekeeping can service the room from 09:00 am till 11:00. Any request beyond this timing will be subject to availability.
- PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTS
- Easily flammable andexplosive substances and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odor arenot allowed in the hotel premises.
- Cooking or any other forms of meal preparation is not allowed in rooms.
- Washing, drying and ironingclothing garments is not allowed in the rooms. Please use the hotel servicelaundry.
- Please do not disturb other hotel guest by loud noises in hotel rooms, hallways and public areas.
- PET POLICY
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms, public areas and building premises.
- PARKING
- Pay parking is available at minimal charge of P 300.00 for hotel guest 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon. Succeeding hour is P 50.00.
- REMINDERS
- Loss of valuables such as jewelry, documents, etc. that are not kept in in-room safe shall not be the responsibility of the hotel and it`s personnel.
- Keycard must be return at the front desk area upon check-out. Any loss or damaged keycard is subject to extra charge amounting to Php 500.
- Please take care of the hotel inventory and it`s equipment. Any damages occurred during your stay will be charged on your account.
- Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for in-house use only and not allowed to be taken out the hotel premises.
- Malfunction of any hotel appliances (aircondition unit, television, mini fridge, etc.) inside the hotel room shall be promptly reported to the front desk for immediate action.
