• Citizen Hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.
• All bookings in the system are considered guaranteed and non-refundable.
• For any modification of bookings, all request will be subject to availability and Manager`s approval.
• Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed will result to NO SHOW charge.
• Any cancellation or No Show will be charged the full amount of the wholes stay.
Terms and Conditions
• Management is not liable for loss of personal property; Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables. In-room safety box is available in all guest rooms
• Check-out time is 12:00nn; Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Early Check-in is subject to room availability and will be charge at Php 500.00. Late check Out is limited with the maximum of 4 hours stay only, exceeding the maximum time will be considered as one-night stay and will be charged automatically. Late checkout request is required prior to checkout & extension of stay will be subject to room availability and will also be charge Php500.00
• Make-up time is from 9:00am – 5:00 pm only.
• Being an environmentally conscious hotel, change of bedding linens and hand/ bath towel is done on the second day of stay. Extra pillow, towels, soap and shampoo will incur a corresponding charge.
• Smoking inside room is strictly prohibited. A Php1,000 penalty will apply for smoking in room or corridors.
• Please report immediately to Front Desk any damage to property or broken fixtures for prompt repair.
• Before or at designated check-out time, please allow our Housekeeping Staff to check your room. Missing/ damaged items from the room will be charged to guest account. Please allow 10 minutes check out time to facilitate.
• Items on rent from Front Desk shall be returned upon check out to avoid a replacement charged to guest account.
• No pets allowed in the property.
• Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas and refrain from loud music and noise after midnight
• Rooms left in an uninhabitable state – for example lingering smell from market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism – will be charged at a full night’s stay or reimbursement of cost.
• Easily flammable and explosive substances and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odor are not allowed in the hotel premises.
• All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Citizen shall not assume liability or any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property.
• Concierge desk is provided for the registered guest(s) to check their email, print airline tickets, etc. like activities. Children are not allowed on the computer, nor is it intended for gaming, movies, etc.
